Mrs. Mildred Mae Tatum, age 95 of Benton, KY, passed away Monday, August 10, 2015, at Lake Way Nursing & Rehabilitation in Benton, KY.
Born Monday, May 10, 1920, she was a homemaker and was a member of Walnut Street Baptist Church, Benton, KY.
Surviving are her daughter, Doris Batie of Benton, KY, two granddaughters; Lisa Tally of Tiline, KY and Kelly Groves of Benton, KY. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
She was preceded in death by her husband Henry Dennis Tatum, three brothers, Ezra Noles, Weldon Noles and Paul Noles, two sisters, Edna Collins and Wilma Beauregard. She was the daughter of the late Arthur and Lala (Holley) Noles.
Private services were held Tuesday, August 11, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at the graveside in the Provine Cemetery, Benton, KY. Bro. Joel Frizzell officiated. Interment followed the service. No public visitation was held.
Arrangements were entrusted to Collier Funeral Home, 211 West 5th Street, Benton, KY 42025.
