Frances “Wennie” Byrn , 64 of Benton, KY passed away at 11:18PM, Saturday, June 6, 2015 at her home.
She was a member of Christian Fellowship.
She is survived by one son, Richard Holmes Lindsey of Texas; six daughters, Elizabeth Cedeno of Paducah KY; Mechelle Rideout of Paducah, KY; Sandra Ward of Concord, CA; Christina King of Benton, KY; Rosemary Byrn of Paducah, KY and Darah Cedeno of Benton, KY; four grandchildren: Michael Ward, Brandon Cedeno, Sarah Holt and Dylan Cedeno; eight great grandchildren; one sister, Carol Holder of Benton, KY; and three brothers, Larry Lindsey and wife Sharon of Benton, KY; James Lindsey and wife Suean of Owensboro, KY and Jeffery Lindsey and wife Sharon of Lone Oak, KY.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Chester Byrn; one sister, Martha “Polly” Winset and two nieces. Her parents were Richard Westley Lindsey and Martha Elizabeth Holmes Lindsey.
Memorial services will be held at 4:00PM Wednesday, June 10, 2015 at Filbeck-Cann & King Funeral Home and Crematory. A reception at Mike Miller Park will follow the memorial service.
