DRAFFENVILLE – Congratulations to Kara Kelley and Tyler Lane Roberts for winning this year’s Athletic Foundation Scholarship. The Athletic Foundation awards one female and male student athlete from Marshall County a $1,000 scholarship. Kara participated in cheer and track and field, while Lane participated in football and basketball.
