Stanley Ray Riley

rayrileyMr. Stanley Ray Riley, age 57, of Gilbertsville, KY died on Thursday, April 23, 2015, at Baptist Health in Paducah, KY. He was born on March 24, 1958. He was compassionate with everyone he met and a friend to all. He has a great passion for his family and loved to turkey hunt. He volunteered as a coach on various baseball teams throughout his children’s youth. He was employed at Westlake for 34 years and was the chair of the United Way for Westlake. He was a member of the Calvert City Church of Christ. He was also a member of the National Turkey Federation.

Mr. Riley is survived by his wife of 16 years Carla (Hamilton) Riley; sons, Jeremy Riley(Tiffany) of Idaho, Dillon Riley (Christi) of Gilbertsville, KY, Sawyer Riley of Benton, KY, William Riley of Gilbertsville, KY and Addision Riley of Gilbertsville, KY, daughter, Tayler Riley of Gilbertsville, KY, brothers, Joe Frank Riley of Calvert City, KY, Tommy Riley of Calvert City, KY and Jimmy Riley of Marion, KY sister Dianne Gilliam of Benton, KY and 9 grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his brothers Phillip, Bill and Mike Riley and a granddaughter Abbey Rae Riley. His parents were the late Frank and Eulene Riley.

Visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Saturday April 25, 2015 at Collier Funeral Home with the funeral service to be officiated by Lance Cordle there on Sunday, April 26, 2015 at 2:00 pm. Burial will follow in Maple Springs Cemetery. Collier Funeral Home 211 W 5th Street, Benton, KY are in charge of arrangements.
