BENTON – The city of Benton’s streets will play host once again to monthly ‘Cruise-In’ events beginning Saturday, April 25.
The event, which will features classic and custom cars will take place the last Saturday of each month from April through September during the hours of 4 to 8 p.m.
Downtown Benton will once again be scattered with cars of all makes and models, from classic to custom, antique to unique. Many downtown shops will also be open for extended hours offering shopping and dining opportunities and each month.
Live entertainment for the Benton Cruise-will vary and is set to include groups such as Craig Russell & Friends, Hot Sauce, Heart and Soul, Contageus, the Kalib Swift Band and Nightfish.
Registration is free for this event and canned foods are being accepted to assist local food pantries. Goodies bags, 50/50 give-aways, kid’s choice awards, pin up dolls and valve cover tracks are all a part of the planned fun for this event.
The Benton Cruise-In is being sponsored by the Metal Mafia Car Club, City of Benton, the Benton Partnership and the Kentucky Lake CVB.
