Kentucky State Parks host Eagle Watch Weekends

e3FRANKFORT– A unique Kentucky State Park tradition – Eagle Watch Weekends – will be offered once again in January and February 2015. The park system will sponsor this wildlife-watching opportunity as bald eagles gather around the major lakes of westernKentuckylooking for food. The park tours allow guests to observe and learn about these beautiful birds of prey.

Dr. James Hawkins, ENT to begin holding clinic at Marshall County Hospital in November

mch-drhawkinsMarshall County Hospital is pleased to announce Dr. James Hawkins, ENT, will be holding clinic on the first and third Thursday of each month in Medical Office Building II, located on the Marshall County Hospital campus.  His clinic rotation will begin November 20, inside the physician services clinic.
Dr. Hawkins graduated from the University of Arkansas School of Medicine in 1971.  He has practiced in Arkansas,  Paducah and Massac County since that time.  He has been a member of the American Board of Otorhinolaryngology, since 1976 and the American College of Surgeons since 1991.
He is now taking appointments for his clinic in Benton.  For an appointment with Dr. Hawkins, please call 270-527-4950.

Aurora Zombie Walk scheduled for Saturday, October 25

Marshall County Library System hosts Fall pumpkin painting
