Marshall County Narcotics Detectives assist in investigation leading to the arrest of Paducah man, confiscation of drugs and cash

FerasMCCRACKEN COUNTY - Information obtained by Marshall County Narcotics Detectives has led to the arrest of a Paducah man on chagres of selling synthetic marijuana, with some 2,700 bags confiscated by law enforcement.

Man arrested in assault of 76 year-old Benton man, community launches support drive for victim

johnBENTON - Within a matter of hours, local police had captured the man believed to have been responsible for the beating of a 76 year-old Benton resident early this morning.
Donnie Duke, affectionately known as ‘Bird Dog’ to most local residents, was in his Benton home this morning when, according to police reports, 29 year-old John Brumbalough was allowed into Duke's home where he then attempted to rob the residence.

Week-long action packed Family Week schedule now available, begins Sept. 6

According to Marshall County Sheriff's Office, at approximately 1056 a.m., Sheriff Kevin Byars investigated the report of her disappearance.
