MAYFIELD - Coach Joseph Simmons, following the Lady Marshals loss to Paducah Tilghman Tuesday, said he needed to see more offensive production from several players. In the Lady Marshals 51-33 win over First Region rival Graves County Friday, the scoring was spread around through nine Lady Marshals giving Coach Simmons more of what he's looking for out of his team.

DRAFFENVILLE - Friday against Calloway County, Taylor Meadows scored her 1,000th point as a Lady Marshal and can now add her name to a list of 18 former Lady Marshal players dating back to 1978 when Sharon Smith became the first 1,000 point club member playing from 1975-1978 for Coach Don Cothran. Since then, 18 others have made that prestigious list including Meadows when she scored 24 points in the Lady Marshals 72-62 win over Calloway County at Reed Conder Gymnasium.

DRAFFENVILLE -  Chase Clark took things into his own hands as he has done of late, scoring 30 points with eight rebounds and five steals, leading the Marshals on to a 60-50 victory over Paducah Tilghman Tuesday night on the Marshal's home court.

DRAFFENVILLE - Paducah Tilghman's Chelsey Shumpert did what she does best, and that's score points, in Tilghman's 76-63 win Tuesday at Reed Conder Gymnasium. Shumpert, who is bound for the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga after graduation, scored 38 points against the Lady Marshals and has played Varsity ball for the Lady Tornados since the 7th grade.

DRAFFENVILLE - In a career night for Chase Clark, the Marshals beat district rival Calloway County 72-62 Friday at Reed Conder Gymnasium, extending that all-important district record to 2-0 and 11-3 overall record.

DRAFFENVILLE - Taylor Meadows needed 24 points to reach the 1,000 point mark in her career as a Lady Marshal and scored exactly 24 points in the Lady Marshals win over Calloway County 65-54 Friday at Reed Conder Gymnasium.
