After nearly a decade of service to region, H.O.R.S.E.S Inc. issues urgent plea for help in finding new location

amandaPADUCAH - Since 2005, H.O.R.S.E.S. Inc. has helped those with physical, developmental and emotional challenges through therapeutic riding programs - changing the lives of those, who in many cases, had not responded to any other type of treatment.
After nearly a decade of dedicated service to the region, H.O.R.S.E.S. Inc. is asking for the community’s help to move forward. “I guess you could say we are at a crossroads,” said board member and organization treasurer Debbie Gadlage.

Antique tractor show coming to Calvert City's Old Park first weekend of August

'Nick's Fight for Vision' - Family reaches out to community for help with sight-restoring procedure

nicksfightBENTON - “Nick has always been dauntless,” Mindi Murray says of her 19 year-old son who has been legally blind from birth. It’s a condition she adds that has “defined his entire life.”
Born with multiple birth defects such as Coarctation of the Aorta and PDA (Patent ductus arteriosus), Nick underwent heart surgery and another procedure where his esophagus was attached to his stomach requiring a T.E. Fistula repair - all by the time he was just two months of age.
