patricknewcomb2 DICKSON, TN -The final round of the 2013 Ohio Valley Conference Men’s Golf Championship was rained out Saturday when too much rain fell and made the Greystone Golf Club in Dickson, Tenn., unplayable.
Using the first two rounds scores, Murray State senior Patrick Newcomb wins the medalist award as the best individual in the field of 55 competitors and as voted by the league’s head coaches, he was also named OVC Player of the Year.

msupracticefacility MURRAY - Construction began in February 2012 on the new Murray State basketball practice facility by general contractor Pinnacle, Inc. of Benton and exactly one year later on Saturday, February 23, the facility Dedication and Ribbon Cutting ceremony took place on the Gene W. Ray Center.

MURRAY - Senior All-America Isaiah Canaan led the Racers with 30 points, while All-OVC pick Ed Daniel scored his third straight double-double with 15 points and 15 rebounds to push MSU to a 4-1 record.
