Marshall soccer player Kaitlin Cook plays for national team in Greece

PAOsoccerThe Panathinaikos (PAO) soccer club is a local soccer club that has members from all over West Kentucky and is supported by the Greek national professional team. Each year our players have the opportunity to try-out for the PAO US National team along with each of the PAO teams in the US.

glowrunMarshall County High School Soccer is hosting a Glow Run 5K on Saturday, July 19th at 9:00 AM at the Kentucky Dam Beach.

Middle School soccer teams sweep regional title games

middlesoccerMarshall County Middle School boy's and girl's soccer teams swept the regional tournaments, winning both titles.
After beating Murray 2-0 for the district championship, the girls blanked all regional tournament opponents, going on to win the championship 4-0 over Murray.
The boy's team lost the district title to Calloway County and after losing three straight to the Lakers, picked up the most important win by beating them 1-0 to claim the regional championship.
Seth Strader scored the winning goal over Calloway.

Dynamo Soccer teams recapturing winning spirit of club taking top rankings in first two years of competition

dynamo2MARSHALL COUNTY - After having dissolved for several years, Dynamo Soccer players are back at the top of their game, taking home top place finishes last season and this past week.

Blake Topper signs to play soccer for Hannibal-LaGrange College

blaketopperDRAFFENVILLE - Blake Topper became the fourth Marshall County soccer player to sign to play for a college team and will take his talents to Hannibal-LaGrange College in Hannibal, Missouri, and will play for head coach Blake Erskine.


Wagner signs to play soccer for Berea College

garrisonwagnerDRAFFENVILLE - Garrison Wagner signed to play soccer for Berea College on Wednesday at the high school, becoming the third Marshall soccer player in the Class of 2014 to sign with a collegiate team.
Garrison will play for Head Coach Ron Horn who just completed his third season with Berea, located 38 miles south of Lexington.
