DRAFFENVILLE - Meet the Marshals was held Thursday at Marshall County's Reed Conder Gymnasium as fans got their first glimpse of the 2012-2013 edition of the Marshals and Lady Marshals basketball teams.

The event began with the traditional fish fry and moved into the gymnasium for introduction of teams and cheerleaders.
The boy's basketball teams from North Marshall Middle School and Benton Middle School were introduced followed by the North Marshall Cheerleader introductions and performance.
The MCHS Competition and Spirit squads were introduced and performed for the crowd followed by a performance from the Dance Team.
Backboard Club president Keith Steele honored Mr. Bill Murphy with a plaque commemorating his many years of dedication to Marshall County basketball.
Following the Lady Marshal introductions, the team split into two squads for a scrimmage as did the Marshal's capping off the evening with their scrimmage.
