Marshall County resident, Kim Robinson, was crowned Mrs. Kentucky on August 22 in Brandenburg, KY. Moments before she was crowned, she captured the preliminary awards for physical fitness in swimsuit, evening gown and interview. She also won the community service award.
Kim Robinson is the wife of Andrew Robinson who is an agronomist with Corteva Seeds. Robinson is the manager of Snap Fitness of Benton and Calvert City. Over the past several years at Snap Fitness she has partnered with The Marshall County Exceptional Center and the Special Olympics to offer adaptive recreation classes for individuals with special needs. This feeds into her cause that she plans to promote during her year of service with her platform “Defying Disabilities” which emphasizes inclusion in our community.
Kim Robinson will be competing later this year in Las Vegas at Mrs. America. The final date has not been selected yet due to the pandemic.
