Kenneth Dean, age 79 of Hardin, KY died on Saturday, June 4, 2016, at Lake Way Nursing & Rehabilitation in Benton, KY. He was retired from the Navy where he honorably served his country for 30 years. Born Wednesday, February 17, 1937, he was the son of the late Albert Dean and the late Elsie (Penn) Dean. Surviving are his wife, Diane (Trimble) Dean of Hardin, KY, sons, Chris Dean of Bedford, VA and Kenneth Dean, Jr. of Hardin, KY, daughter, Linda Cunningham of Bloomington, IN, brother, Ronnie Dean of Frankfort, KY; 6 grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren. A Funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, June 10, 2016 at Hardin Church of Christ with Chris Lyden officiating. Interment will follow in the Pace Cemetery, Hardin, KY. Visitation will be held between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 9, 2016 at Hardin Church of Christ.
