Jaiden Cecilia Lynn Morris, of Benton, Kentucky, the five year old daughter of Jeffrey Morris and Shelby Paige Gotto, passed away at 10:49PM, Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at the Vanderbilt University Medical Center as a result of injuries she sustained in an automobile accident in Marshall County.
Jaiden attended kindergarten at Central Elementary School in Draffenville.
In addition to her parents she is survived by her brother, Sebastian Collins; her grandparents, Kim and Sean Boss, Tim Morris and Tammy and Michael Youngblood; her great grandparents, Sherry Garner, Randy Gotto, Sheila Shaw and Louis and Debbie Davis; four uncles, Cayce Frederick, Trystyn Boss, Shannon Boss and Brandon Davis; three aunts, Heather Frederick, Mikayla Thomas and Lori Morris; and several cousins.
Jaiden was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Radonna Morris; her maternal grandfather, Kelly Gotto; her maternal great grandfather, Cecil Garner; and an aunt, Bridget Gotto.
Funeral services will be at 2:00PM on Sunday, September 13, 2015 at Filbeck-Cann & King Funeral Home. Pastor Trent Cornwell will officiate and burial will follow in the Doughty Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:00AM until the funeral hour on Sunday, September 13, 2015 at Filbeck-Cann & King Funeral Home.
