Deputy William Strader shows the new Class ‘B’ uniform

sheriffBENTON – Starting today, the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office will be in new uniforms. The change was made after research by Deputy Dennis Lewis showed that a uniform that is more utility based rather than the current polyester ” class A ” uniform will last longer, be more cost effective and more damage resistant.

The Sheriff’s Office reports they will continue to utilize the regular ” class A ” uniform for court appearances, funerals, and other situations requiring a more formal dress appearance.
